Delivery Times
Personalized Jewelry
Our personalized jewelry pieces are individually crafted according to your wishes, with great attention to detail.
As each piece is made especially for you, the delivery time is 10–14 business days after payment has been received (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Thank you for your patience – we want your personalized piece of jewelry to be just as special as the person it's meant for. ❤️
Non-Personalized Jewelry
Our non-personalized jewelry pieces are shipped according to the delivery time specified on the respective product page.
Jewelry Advent Calendar
Your Jewelry Advent Calendar is prepared for shipping with love and care.
Your calendar is usually shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been received. As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Your Personalized Name Necklace for Door No. 24
Your name necklace is individually made with your chosen name and is therefore shipped separately.
The delivery time for your personalized name necklace is 10–14 business days after payment has been received.
As soon as it's on its way to you, you'll receive a second shipping confirmation with its own tracking number.
Delivery
If you order multiple items at the same time, we will combine them into one shipment whenever possible to avoid unnecessary packaging.
Personalized products and our Jewelry Advent Calendar may be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
All prices displayed on our product pages include the applicable statutory VAT and any other price components.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We offer free shipping to all EU countries and Switzerland.
Customs Duties & Import Fees
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
Unless these charges have already been collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking the import regulations of your destination country if necessary.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be happy with your jewelry.
For items that are eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your purchase within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
You can find all information about the conditions, deadlines, and consequences in our Withdrawal Policy.
You can easily exercise your right of withdrawal using our Online Withdrawal Form. Alternatively, you may notify us of your withdrawal through any other legally permitted method.
Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the items, unless otherwise stated in our Withdrawal Policy.
Please package the items carefully and ensure that your return shipment has sufficient postage.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect our jewelry in the same way you would be able to in a physical store.
Under the applicable legal conditions, you may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the items beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Personalized Jewelry
Jewelry pieces that are individually made according to your personal specifications are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, provided the applicable legal requirements for this exclusion are met.
Of course, your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly delivered items remain unaffected.
Returns of the Jewelry Advent Calendar
Our Jewelry Advent Calendar is subject to the statutory withdrawal regulations as outlined in our Withdrawal Policy.
